Okay, So recently my thread got closed before i had enough time to justify the actions/ban time provided.

This was simply a Misunderstanding on the ban time part, Recently after checking his account on gfx store i found his acc was temporarily banned and was supposed to be lifted on 11/11/2015. However he has just informed the ban was permenant.

He also asked me to provide the following information:
The account linked to the sythe user is not me, (ETHNICITYRS) it is another user.

The account provided shouldn't be banned permenantly as there was no justification providing a ddos simply a "Booter"
Aswell as this he deserves for the ban to be lifted as he was originally temp banned and its his first offence.

Your ban looked like it was "temporary" because the perm ban had to be approved. Your ban was never actually a temporary ban.
