User has allowed a known scammer back onto Sythe through his services which has resulted in someone being scammed -

As mentioned there and in a number of previous disputes, he is partnered with Isca. Despite the fact that he is banned with part of his ban reason being scamming related, he is allowing him to remain partner in his firecaping service and makes no mention on his thread of having a partner or allowing a BANNED user on other Sythe.org user accounts. Isca is clearly responsible here and should be held responsible + should be TWC'd for his ignorance putting Sythe.org members at risk regardless of whether or not he refunds this user.
