    The problem wish ukash is its not widely accepted. At least where i live.

    It is safe, but it is really only used in Europe. They don't sell it in the US.
    Edit: As far as I know the payments are irreversible.

    Most of it is correct. However there're some Ukash resellers around on the web which makes it possible for non-Europeans to use this as well.

    Currently I'm accepting Ukash via their API on various websites. Works flawless and they pay me without problems.

    Ukash itself is safe, the real question you should ask is if the website accepting Ukash is safe. What website are you talking about?
