Is turmoil worth it?

Basically, i have 110M 70-95prayer would only cost me 95M atm, but id only use it for PVM because i cannot PVP im terrible, so im wondering is it worth it?

 

If your not really going to be doing PvP, it's main use isn't there. You will also have soulsplit along with that, which is a real boost while PvMing. You can still use turmoil when PvMing, but most of the time you are using magic or ranged. So I would say maybe get 92, but not 95.

If you have the money to get it then why not?
I personally think it's more useful for pvp than pvm, but, even though you said your terrible at pvp it makes clan wars and other safe pvp mini games more fun.
It's very useful when pvming too, whether your at bosses or slaying, or just doing any pvm in general.

 

It's honestly some of the best shit you can have. Soul split + turmoil is godlike for pvm

Definitely. Also herb can be trained for free or even with profit if you bot cleaning herbs.

It is worth it if you have spare cash but with what you have i say build up and then get it no point in spending money on turmoil and not having anything to do

 

Very useful for PvM and you should get it. You'll also do much better at PvP with turmoil.
