Ive been kinda worried about selling my RS account through paypal since ive heard people can refund themselves within 90 days or so.

Transactions can still be disputed, fuck PayPal for unknown users. Use BTC or Gp if they are not to be trusted.

 

As many stated above, they can still transfer you the money while using a vpn, and then charging it back with their normal IP saying their PP got hacked, just use 07 or BTC
