If you look very close at the bottom 99 on the first image its further from the / than the 99 on the bottom of the second image, although it might just be since they are different detail levels, I don't know. It just loos fake to me.

 

Why not just ask for the username and look it up?

10k irons and im now training on hill giants since they give me faster xp. plus full inventory with big bones and some limps isl ike 10-12k each trip. and if world is not bussy there then i can get like 10k in 7 mins.

According to this pic your total should be 630 not 644 unless u got hunter/cons/summoning lvl.
Also 99 is obvious fake lols.
