i think it shouldnt be considered rape but the whole system is wierd because its she is only taking him to court because she didnt like it or her parents found out some how. if they give concent it shouldnt be counted as rape

Rape is when one forces the other to have sex via violence or drugs. I wouldn't say it was rape, just sort of illegal. 10 years is very harsh.

Yeah if shes under the age then thats not going to be good for him in court. And it doesnt matter if shes only one year under consent shes still under. But if they both agreed to it then.....hmmmm this is tricky.

hey its the law, even if hes over age of consent and shes under it it doesn't matter what she says he should have had the common sense to realize this.

thats how it goe's My Cousin Went To Prison For Haveing Sex With a 16 Year old she was 17 the next week!. He's Been in prison for 3 years now :/ he was only 18
