Is this possible? MM holds 100M plus for X time.

I'm fairly new to this site and am trying to sell osrs accounts.
Obviously being new, I'm untrusted and any sales I make would be for lower prices.
Is it possible for me to advertise selling of my osrs account, whilst I have 100M left with a trusted middleman?

1) I give MM 100M.
2) Someone buys my account.
3) We conduct sale via a MM who witnesses the deal.
4) MM holds onto my 100M.
5) I no longer have any accounts for sale.
6) I request my 100M back from MM.
7) I wait 7 days, if no reports then I'm refunded my 100M. (this time period could be larger)

I'd prefer this method rather than donating for trust.
This offers the buyer some form of insurance too, whereas donations aren't refundable.

 

It's entirely possible for this to happen, but as far as I'm aware, no MM will take any kind of ban responsibility if the 100M is lost.

 

How can the 100m get lost if the middleman wont lose it?

 

The account holding the 100m could get banned by Jagex.

Very valid points. Any alternatives to the problem you can think of?

 

Instead of the 100M, maybe BTC? Obviously there's the problem on the what if BTC goes down when you want your payment back.
