    Judging by the response Katrina received, I think any training for Martial Law scenarios is good.

    Civilians still might get hurt, but it's true that the forces need to train realistic environments, so that they can protect or fight for their country to the maximum potential.

    that website is a giant pile of liberal hippy shit get your news from a source that isnt such fucking shit.

    i dont really think such an operation is totally necesary though, i mean, are we expecting to be fighting for our own cities anytime soon?
