Is this even fair?

[Loveable]

Right, he could be the nicest member anyone has ever met, but tbh this isn't fair.

Atomic - Banned for a number of reasons after i browsed the search button on his name.

Unbanned? Is this fair, if it was any other member what would happen? Stay banned, wouldn't have a chance.

I don't care how long he's banned, he should remain that.

Thanks.

1. There has been numerous accounts of users who have been banned being unbanned for a second chance, including Andrew, Marrow and various others if i remember correctly... Yet even I know this is a horrible argument and no excuse why i should be unbanned so I'll give you some more.
2. I was banned for phishing rs, unrelated to Sythe, and I haven't even touched the few replies that were sent back. if anything I did it for fun and because i just wanted to see if my php mailer works.
3. staying as a prominent IRC member and remaining as part of the community both before and after my ban, members have come to know me very well. multiple members, including mods and others, have my phone number, address, full name and more. if i were to do anything bad like scamming or causing trouble, I'd have to be an idiot, as I would be raped by a ton of members here.
