There's a shop in Rellekea. Yrsa can change your basic boots there.

You can also change them in a Player Owned House bedroom shoe rack.

they are a set of invisible boots that only 3 accounts have. estimated account like that is around 20,000 dollars. as u can see the invisible boots give no stat bonus watsoever making them worth a lot of $$$.

You can change your shoes in rellekka after doing some quest.

You can get boots from someones house or a shoe store around RS, but the ears are rare.
All my pures have colored boots(solid). Try making a new account and you can change your shoe color.
