Is this an offence ?

If I use rsbuddy client to log into my main account and play runescape legitmately. Will it be an offence just for using rsbuddy client?

I want to use the rsbuddy client cause it has the function of tabs/use less cpu etc.. much more better then the normal rs client LOL

 

Even if it was, there is no way for them to detect it.

Pretty sure that's ok. It's not altering the rs client at all when you're just playing legit.

It's straight, but how do you plan to play with less cpu mode turned on, but not botting? Lol.

 

I often play with 6 or so accounts at once, with RSBuddy clients. I find they take less RAM and less space on my screen. Plus, I dislike my browser, and cba getting a new one.

 

There used to be a time when every non-official client was illegal. Don't know how things are now, but I'm pretty sure Jagex wouldn't be happy about people using a client that is used for botting.
It promotes botting and therefore you will never find Jagex saing it is ok to use. But w/e, nothing is going to happen if you use it.

I'm almost positive you aren't breaking any rules. I use the RSBuddy client to play legitimately all the time, and have had no problems.

Pretty sure using a botting client encourages botting, so yeah, it's against the rules but nothing will happen regardless.

 

well with jagex you never know i remember when playing on swiftkit was bannable and it wasen't doing anything wrong so i'm guessing that using a botting client isin't really helping your case lol
