Is there New working bots out there?

I have not been around in the Runescape cheating section for a while since "Bot nuke day" i just want to know if anyone have bought out a new bot?

Isit free and safe?

I just feel like making a level 3 to bot the shit out of if there is a safe working bot.

Thanks guys!
