Is Skrill retainable after being sent?

Alot of people are asking me to do Skrill, Moneybookers.

I would Like to know if this payment method is disputable, and then retainable.

What should I ask for, If I do go threw with this payment method

I'm not an expert at this, but since many people use this as an alternative for Paypal, I guess it's either way harder to retain your money or impossible. Otherwise everyone would just use Paypal.

 

Yeah, pretty sure you can dispute. The only difference is that skrill covers virtual goods whereas paypal doesn't, so if someone sold you rsgp and you charged back the payment, you would probably lose the dispute if they have reasonable proof that the trade occurred.

Also this thread makes you like the least trustworthy person in the world, but I'm gonna assume it's an honest question lol

Check that thread. It is possible, but from what I've heard it's very hard.

Chargebacks can still happen, but there is less of a chance and more protection for the virtual goods seller on skrill than on paypal.

That doesn't mean that sellers who recieve first without sending goods are safe, skrill does look at evidence and doesn't side with the buyer as much as paypal.

 

I believe you would have to dispute through your credit card or visa card company.
