Never bought from them but, if you do be prepared to send in your ID / Driving License. A scanned copy of it, also they will call you.

Tbh you should use usfine, cheap gold and didnt scam me even though I thought they would. (The Gold ischeaper than some sellers on here).

 

Runerich is .33 tho. Best deal ive come across.

I think USFine own RuneRich, don't quote me on it tho. Also yes they ask for ID to prove you own the PayPal and they have slow delivery times.

You're also buying from a Chinese IP so it runs a higher risk of receiving a roll back, its your call tho.

 

I'm sure you can get better than .33 on playerauctions.
