Another problem with PA

I sold an account on there and now they are still disbursing the payment. I was supposed to get paid at 11:30 PM last night and now it says:

Queued for immediate processing
Disbursement Amount: $XX.XX (Show Details) Player Guardian (Protected by PlayerGuardian)
Disbursement Method: Paypal ([email protected])
Disbursement Time: Now being processed


Seriously, they come on here asking how to make them better and they say they have good service but shit like this happens every single time.

 

i have 7 orders with status "Now being processed", not even mad.
Such service much help

Missed this thread. I see that it's dated 5-18, with no update from the OP, so I assume that the issue resolved itself and disbursement was received? Just want to check up and make sure.

 

This type of thing happens on a regular basis. One of two problems could be causing it.

1. The payment processing usually happens at midnight PST time. (The last timezone to hit midnight for that day). So wait until midnight comes around again. If its still processing then its a frozen process.

2. Frozen process.

Either way, the easiest resolution for anything on PA is to go to contact us, and go to their live support. Shoot them the order ID and theyl tell you exactly whats going on, or just force the disbursement to you paypal/account balance.
