Is PAFTing possible in 2007

Greetings

While watching the livestream by Mod Mat K today, I noticed that two players were able to enter the area Mod Mat K was in, while it's not accessable.

Having no idea on how they got there, I remembered the PAFT.
Would it be possible to PAFT in runescape 2007? I know they did it with dungeoneering, but would it be possible by using Nightmare zone with two people?

Any information regarding PAFT, the stream or NMZ is welcome.
