Is Moneypak 100% Safe?

I sell at least 1B via moneypack every day and I really don't have problems with it, only the restriction of $4,000 a month bugs me. There is a way to get moneypack's recovered, only if the moneypack has been generated or stolen, if that's the case then the moneypack payment will be taken away within twenty four hours, never sell to 2,000+ buyers.

im pretty sure there is a max you can put on 1 MP card, and i think it's way under 2,000.

But R2Pleasent summed it up, nothing is 100%, but MP is near close to that.
