Is join.me a legit site?

[Lured Yah]

I got someone who wants me to use join.me instead of teamviewer.

Why don't they want to use Teamviewer? It's all you need.

I think this site might be safer, as you watch the screen on a browser, the ip adress might not be possible to find out
