Is it worth coming back?

Hey guys basically I quit runescape for good in maybe May of 2011 after playing since 05. I basically wanna know if it is worth coming back? I have been reading that the game is going downhill fast. So... is it?
Also Fagex wont let me recover my account with my IP created I created with and basically all the details that really shouldn't be necessary so if anyone wants to do the recruit a friend thing lemme know.

 

Yeah it is going downhill, but if you're smart you can work that to your advantage. I started back last week and i'm loving it.

What is refering a friend?

 

I guess you send an email to a friend and if they sign up they get a "starter pack" and 100% exp bonus for 7 days and if they get mems then the recruiter gets a 5% bonus for 7 days

 

Honestly, I would not suggest it. If you used to play a lot, quitting is a hurdle that probably improved your life when you quit. \Don't go back

I honestly quit because all my close friends in the game quit and I basically changed my password so I could never relog but I kinda regret it. I never really got addicted to it though.

If you have to start a new account you're just going to quit soon. There's no botting and it takes years to make a decent account. I suggest making a range/mage pure if you do come back, this way you can skip training def. Also you can autoclick alch mage, and buy RSGP to chin range once it's 60 or 70. Goodluck making a new account man, all the noobs in your position are kids that just found out about the game.

 

I highly suggest not coming back. The game is MUCH shittier than when you left.

 

I think RS is pretty dam fun atm, but pking is pissing me off. When they put BH back out I am going to get addicted lolz.

 

they have to much updates and you cant understand anything these days, im getting my main quested then selling it

 

Thats sad.... I really wanted to make a come back as an obby maul pure (if those are even relevant now) but it seems like a waste of time. I miss the good ol' days...

 

I would suggest playing on various private servers for the 'good old feeling'

 

Low level pking is still fun and the accounts are easy to make, just don't play a main IMO. Especially if you would have to make one, by the time it's finished there will about ten players left and membership costs half your monthly income.
