Is it possible to get your previous ISP providers from over a year ago?

I was wondering if it's possible to see if any IP or ISP's have changed in the past 2-3 years. Could I contact my ISP to see how long my IP has the same? If you're wondering why I'm asking this is because my runescape account recently got locked. It has been impossible to recover so I'm wondering if I had a different ISP or IP address when I made that account.

 

Um, ISP = internet service provider. If you changed those, you'd know. If you don't, ask your parents.

As for IPs, call your ISP and find out if your assigned address is dynamic or static. Static = stays the same and never changes (usually given out to server hosts), or dynamic (changes every time your router turns off/resets).

 

Thanks! Quick question though, could this be the reason I'm not getting my account unlocked(denied appeals)? I submit everything else correctly and even give info about a runescape membership order using PAYPAL. Your opinion is valued.

 

I don't think Jagex monitors IPs. You'd be best to call them or something to see why your account was locked in the first place.

 

Your ip plays a big role in an appeal. If you are recovering your account from your original ip you will almost always get it back.
