    Is it common to wait this long for custom ranks? O.o
    Been 2ish weeks and I've already had my Ut updated twice.


    Is it just Matthew that can update them or?

    Is it common to wait this long for custom ranks? O.o
    Just Matthew. I guess it's somewhat normal for over a week. My guess is it probably slipped his mind, there aren't that many new $300 donors and that many users that wants their donor ranks changed, unlike UTs which is changed more often.

    Its normal. UT's just need approved whereas your rank will need created and uploaded. Shoot him a PM if you think he might've forgotten but I'm sure hemll get around to it.
