Is drop trading still safe?

If I want to transfer few items from one account to another, would drop trading be a safe method? or does Jagex still consider this as RWT.

What other options do I have?

So I can't just multi login and trade? what if one of my accounts I have lets say has "full rune" and I need that to be transfered to another account. how would I do this if they were both F2P

since you are f2p, there are really only 2 ways, either use BH or use party pete's room to trade.
You gotta be careful in both situations tho.

I reckon going through BH, but be careful and do it in times where everyone is sleeping.

I just transfer 3k to a noob and run the l0zNewt on Jmacro and turn it into about 300k in a day at lvl 3.

basically drop trading doesn't work unless its your trade limit
