Depends on what law you can get into.

Depends on the company. If you're really good, a degree might not be needed.

Quite simply, if you go to college, don't get a bullshit degree if you want to make money. If you major in history, literature, art, etc then you won't make money. In the long run, going to college will make more money even after it's costs than if you worked right out of high school.

It is definitely worth it. Your hire rates will go up when you earn your degree, and you'll start off at a higher pay.

Yes, on average. If you want stats proving it, I have them lying around. Not proving causality or anything, but average income by education level in a 1.5m-observation US census survey from 2010: [IMG]

I think university is definitely worth it. I'm studying a dual degree (Engineering / Chemical and Arts / Japanese) and I'm actually thoroughly enjoying it on a personal level.

I want to go back to university after I get some industry experience and attain a PhD in order to get my foot in the door for a research career. My professor quoted about $60-70k / year starting wage for some research institutions for chemical engineers, and it only really goes up. Not to mention the university funded seminars and conferences you can attend, as well as the travel you can do if there are affiliated research centres around the world.

I think I'm just going to shoot @ making enough money and opening a business. My GPA is shitty and i don't think any college will accept me anyways.
