Two accounts?

So my brother knows how to graphic design too and he wants to make extra money by selling graphics on here. I'm fine with this, but I've been told that you're not allowed to have 2 accounts.

Is it okay to have two accounts under the same IP, but owned by different people?

 

It's permitted, but the accounts must never interact. Cannot vouch each other, cannot post on each others threads, etc.

Also, if one account gets banned, so will the other. If he scams, you fall with him. If you scam, he falls with you.
