the best thing would be to do 31-50 via cosmic rune and
50-77 via ourania
in the end it will leave you enough runes to use in other things
price: 120m
time: 7 days

hey, price would depend on the method.

If you have enough essence already then it would be 120m at ZMI. If you don't have any essence then would need to be 170m at arc library.

Note that the people quoting you above at ridiculously low prices are assuming you have the essence required which would be 40-50k+ pure essence.
