irc help

eh i went threw the whole list of irc things and this comp will not get onto irc
it use to awhile ago but it just seemed to have stoped like its not getting a connection from it anymore, any help? o ya the person who manages to get my irc working gets a 500k =p lol

o and if this helps any i get this message

(attempt to connect to server has timed out:10060)

Just let it sit on the 'Buy' splash screen for about 5 seconds, and the 'Continue' button wil become available.
