What is up with this message I got from my IRC client?

Code:
Disconnected.
ERROR :Closing Link: [90.192.45.104] Z:Lined (This is not your time.)

I only just signed up for my account today, joined #ghosts and got z:lined with that message, can someone explain to me what this is, and perhaps clear it being as I haven't done anything?

Thanks
