Ipods.... Worth it?

Buy a 8GB SD card for $15 and put it your phone. It's more convenient, and cheaper.

 

I've got an iPod; look up the brand Sandisk, their good.

 

Depends what you're going to do with it. For games / internet, get the touch. For movies & music (general) - get the nano. For your whole collection of movies ( I download a lot ), I'd go the classic!!!
Get the one that'll suit you.

I got a iPod touch and it's awesome. Make sure to jailbreak it though.

Bullshit, you're paying for a brand name my ass. You're paying for what you get. Ipod touch for example, is an extremely innovative and unique device. Music, WiFi and an application for anything. Worth every penny.

 

i suggest getting the 64GB version of the touch.. if it's in your budget.

plenty of space, it has a speaker for voice reading applications.. and it's great for games and high quality movies.

i have one.. they're pretty good.

I suggest jailbreaking it as well

Why don't you just get an iphone, costs around the same as itouch nowadays and you get a shit ton more.

Yo, buy the iTouch. Same thing as nano, but so many games and you can text and go on internet, etc.!

Out of the 2 ipods, I would recommend getting the touch. There are also many other great brands of mp3 players that are solid and easy to use such as sansa or samsung. I would not recommend getting a zune though, as I have had bad experiences with them, and have had 2 break, both within a week.

iTouch for sure.

 

In the past 5 years I've had a 30Gb iPod video which lasted me 3 years until the backlight began to have problems and I sold it, moving up to an iTouch. I had my iTouch for about a year and a half until I decided to get an iPhone 3GS when they came out, meaning I no longer had the need for the iTouch also so I sold that. Basically I love the iPod products as they're great for doing things you enjoy and personally I'd choose the iTouch because of the WiFi and I just like don't like nanos because I feel like I'd lose something so small and if dropped it doesn't seem like it would be sturdy enough to endure.

 

I don't understand why anyone would want an Ipod over a typical mp3 player.
