I am the only owner of this. There are absolutely no screen scratches, as there has been a screen cover over it since I have gotten it.

Specials:

It has latest firmware/update.
It is jail broken.
It comes with 4 pages of apps. All my info is off of it though.
I found an App that is on there. That allows you to watch any movie in a movie theater. Maybe not working anymore haven't checked.

If you want me to restore to original status. I will do so before I send.

Like I said. PayPal only. I need money for Florida. Also, I don't go first. To high risk. I don't care if you have 10 billion vouches. That doesn't matter because one person can change there mind when put in the position to scam someone.

I was referring to you using the Police dept.
Nevermind tho, I don't want to be harmed in the future for buying an iPod.
Best Buy is down the road and I can just buy it brand new, and not be shot at the register.
You shouldn't be selling on sythe then.
 
I am just stating that they wouldn't want to do shit... That if I was to get scammed that it would take to much work to go through just to get the money out of it. Personally I don't really think it's necessary to go through so I have swaded to the side I want to go with.
