    IPhone troubles

I recently bought a unlocked, and jailbroken 3G IPhone of Ebay a few days ago. It was working fine, but all of sudden the bottom of the screen stopped working. I can't click on my four bottom apps, and texting is a real pain because I have to constantly switch the keyboard to be able to hit all the letters.

I do have a warranty on it, but I do not have proof of purchase because I bought it off Ebay.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

    Thanks in advance.

you could try asking them if they could replace it since it's under warranty, but im not too sure how apple handles their warranties and such. you would want to restore your iphone to factory settings before showing them whats wrong, meaning you have to lose your jailbreak and unlock. if they let you get a new one, then you can always purchase a new screen on the web and install it yourself.

Ye, i would try restoring it, unless it is a physical fault (ie nothing wrong with the software but the actual model is broken). Don't show Apple a jailbroken iPhone if you are gonna send it back though :p
It is pretty easy to jailbreak it, but you would lose all your data
