iPhone 4S's Success

I don't get it. What's so good about the iPhone 4s? What's the major difference between it and just 4?
Are iphones for men like luxurious bags for women?

 

yup haha but iphones are for like both men and women, which makes apple so successful! their marketing and branding is really powerful. People just want to buy the latest apple products, regardless of whether they actually need to make use of its 'additional features' or not.

 

Wow, 200,000 Preorders in 12hours is alot! i got my iphone 4 around 1month ago so im still happy dont need no 4gs.

 

Mines hopefully should be on its way.

 

Dang that's crazy, they make so much money off these small improvements lol.

 

200,000 pre orders in 12 hours?! I don't think the improvements are enough to buy a brand new iPhone.. or maybe they are for some people.

 

Who would not want to buy this?

 

And then they all realize they've wasted their money...and should of kept their iphone 4 as there isn't a lot of difference.

I really dont get why it's $800 in Australia and $199 in America.
I might get it for christmas though, as iPhones are 5x easier to text, use apps, & flashy-er than the other smartphones

 

Because its with a 2 year phone contract I guess.

Anyways, the normal iphone 4, 32G here is over 1000$ >_<

 

Called to check my order status at AT&T and I got "Your order has been processed and is being held at our warehouse until the pre-order shipment date" Oh can next friday come any quicker

You guys know the whole 200k pre orders aren't from people that have iPhone 4's or are "LOL MACFAGS" buying the new thing every year.

I know a lot of people who are buying this because they didn't pick up the iPhone when it came to Verizon because they knew a new phone was coming out this year. Many other people still have the 3GS or 3G and are using their two year upgrades, and some are fed up with their Droids and are purchasing an iPhone. Some people are finally ready to buy their first smartphone.

It's insane how ignorant some people are when they say everyone that buys a mac is a total idiot that buys the same product every year.

 

Correct! I am one of those people with stuck with 3GS to upgrade time.

 

Not only is it faster, but it comes with more storage. 64gb is a hube upgrade from 16 and 32. Before, you might have trouble fitting your music library on your iPhone, along with your apps. Now, i could do that, add a few movies, and still have space.

 

Thats what i love about contract phones!!! you get 2 year contract, and new model comes out in a few months haha
