IP Sync?

ok so I bought a rare name acc from a banned user... I know haha stupid but ye... I've been searching for this name for a long long time! then it becam available last month but the seller got banned 2 weeks ago though
anyway I still decided to buy the name coz I kinda trust him to not recover

so ye.. just wondering when will my IP sync in the acc? how long does it take to sync in?

don't flame plz, I know its stupid but he was super trusted till he got banned

I've heard it can take months for an IP to sync in, but just know that the original owner can just about always recover the account, no matter what. You say you trust this guy, but if he was banned for scamming maybe you should rethink that.

If its JUST the name you wanted, and you could care less about the account, then why don't you create a new character (or use an existing one), and transfer the name on to him? That way if the banned guy decides to recover the account back, you don't lose the name, which I am assuming is what you paid all the money for.

I would try to transfer that name as soon as possible though.
