Swapalot Appeal.....

I have tried appealing my account Swapalot multiple times. It was 2 years ago and im still trying because I know I didn't scam this fellow and I know he was in another swapping fc. I had multiple bigger vouches at the time and was running a successful friends chat ingame. No reason to scam. Was also getting ddosed at the time told the guy I was dcing. Logged back in he pmed me and wanted refund after. I refunded and had proof. Not understanding why my account is still banned. I would just make a new Sythe but I hate going through the trouble of donating another amount of time and money to be banned again knowing I haven't done anything wrong in the beginning. If he wants another refund that you can keep your eyes on so be it ill do it one more time but its not worth more than that. To much of my hard earned money going in it to be lost to someone who has already been refunded. Thanks....
