Ip Check Please (Fake Vouches?)

Please IP check these 3 users, 2 are banned and the third is requesting to buy an account off me. Seems strange he would go first to these two for 3B Rsgp.
He has posted multiple threads stating he is buying RSGP via BT but not followed up despite them responding. Perhaps not enough to warrant a ban but please IP check regardless.
