Ip change due to moving houses

My ip changed because i recently moved houses i dont see how that constitutes as a ban im sure many other people have moved houses on sythe before, i dont understand why my account got banned at all.

Again im sending another report because the first one has went unanswered my ip was changed because i moved houses idk why that constitutes a ban but i dont think it's very fair.

 

I've looked into it and this account was hacked/bought for sure - there is no doubt about it. Denied.
