ip blocked/banned??

ok guys its me str1ker. i finally figured out a way to get onto sythe by using my old router which barely works wirelessly and i could get on to post this thank god. ok idk why but with my other router ive been like ip blocked or something it never used to happend just recently in like the past month maybe. i read the sticky and emailed them but idk if im doing the rite thing. how will i know when the unblock my ip? will they email me back or what????

 

if you guys could please post back quick cuz if my mom wants to use her laptop she wont be able to get on cause on this router the wireless doesnt work
