   IP been used before; ATT IP - tethered connection

   I have to use a tethered connection because my internet is shit, unsurprisingly there has been signups from my IP prior so I am unable to make an account however I am in no way associated with those accounts. I used to have an account back in 2007 but my email recovery attempt said there is no account that exists with that address.
