IP Banned on this comp

I tried logging in from this laptop and it says the IP is associated with a banned account. Does it have something to do with my ban from earlier this year? Is there anyway to resolve this?
 
Numerous people are having this problem right now and the admins are currently in the process of getting it resolved. In the mean time please be patient, or use a different computer.
