IP Banned? I need you to test this:

Okay, I have been working on a runescape client loader from a remote client file that connects to runescape, therefore in theory allowing you to play if you are IP banned from the site. I am not sure if they IP ban you ingame aswell, so by all means download my loader, android, and give it a try, thanks.

ok tsumiea they can ban u for stealing acounts of if u have to many guys on one ip (like 20+) also thier is a way to bypass this to but its highly illegal... its called a ip randomizer name says wut it does it just takes an ip from another computer (my fave is a lil asian kid in hong kong) and u appere as them

i dont think they doesn't let u on the website if u get ip banned i just think they ban all the accounts with your ip thou

I forgot I had the other account when I made EURC.
Therefore unintentionally having more than 1 account is not against forum rules.
