IP ban this scammer

he said he doesnt trust OMM's casue they scammed him before?
so i ask him to provide a name of the MM who scammed him
and he said he did not remember. which i find hard to believe that he has been scammed before seeing he has no thread of selling any account?

Plead IP ban him as he said he would create another account if he was banned.

 

Although it's unlikely that an official scammed him, it's possible that he was scammed by an impostor. It's still suspicious, but he is entitled to trade as he wishes; he is not required to use an MM.

I'll keep an eye on him, but more evidence is needed for a ban.
