ip ban from phone

Ip banned somehow from my phone, its my only full time internetso id lke to sort it all out asap. It was working last night then all of the sudden didnt. Please contact meon kik: nondarb0 with any questions or explanations on how to resolve the issue as im at a mcd's wifi currently and wont be able tocheck this from phone ip. Thanks

I will look into this. Sorry about the hassle. Do you have anyway to check your phone's ip so I can confirm? You have a lot of them to check through.

Thanks for prompt response. Ive left mcd's and am somehow able to come on site again . Did you unban the ip, or is it possible that phone ips change or something? Im admittedly pretty ignorant to how these things work, but would like to figure out what triggered the ban in the first place to prevent any future mishaps. Thanks again fro the quick response zig, glad to see some new faces on staff.

Good to hear from you. I think your phone IP changes depending on your location and which tower you're connecting to. For example, your current IP is different from the IP you were using when you first posted this dispute. We don't know exactly which IP was banned, so we can't really help you by unbanning it.

Hmmm, very strange i received the your ip is banned message sitting right where i am now . Hopefully it isnt a recurring issue. Thanks superman its good to see your still on staff. Thanks to both of you for the prompt responses and Info.

 

I'll close this for now then. If you see it happen again, go ahead and type in google "what is my IP" and write the number down. Then, we can unban the IP for you
