There are large amount of users bumping threads but the second you contact them after they bump they are either "Full stock" or "Out" and I believe they shouldn't be bumping threads they can't actively deal with. I've dealt with this so often in the last couple days and it's just a massive waste of time. I think that these users should be infracted for bumping threads they can't deal with at the time of bump.

It is not, I've never heard of anyone being punished for saying their full stock or out of stock when bumping.

This is something that is impossible to police because:

    1. 90% of the time he's OP is probably visiting sites, which has workers and its a simple matter to say "oh he misspoke"(which is sometimes very true) when asked if were full or empty in a stock.

Other times we might send users away claiming were full because we just had a vps go down or some other similar tech issue, maybe we just got mac banned on the RSPS or we cant get coinbase to load to buy your bitcoin.

Saying your out of stock/full is the reason that is given almost 100% of the time because remember, it looks bad to customers if there is a problem on our end.

Almost every site I think would agree, just because we say we are full or out of stock may not always mean that- that is just what sites say to save face to their customers.

That's why I'm not supporting this what-so-ever, its also why the bogus bumping rule is a ignorant rule, it sounds good in principle but doesn't apply to reality.

It's a no from me, please be aware that sometimes sites really are full/out of stock but just as often there is a unforeseen difficulty/problem occurring behind the scene so we may be saying full/out of stock to save face to customers.

It's also why you never see reports hardly at all for bogus bumping or infractions for it, how do you prove someone isn't having some form of technical issues behind or the scene or a problem just started and they had to tell a customer their out of stock because a vps isn't connecting or something similar?

You mabey see one of the bogus bumping reports once a month and their usually denied/let off with a warning, and the reports are often time will just contain something like:

oh XXX person just bumped their buying 07 thread and I went to the site 5 minutes later and they said their full, this isn't a valid report any of the situations could be happenin such as:

-Someone beat you to selling or someone was already there before the bump selling a large amount and they really are full
    -Worker having internet connection problems
    -Site issues/ sending payment issues
    -Worker going on break
-etc etc, theres a million BTS reasons a site may say full/out of stock.

You cant expect this to be punishable, this is impossible to patrol and enforce and while it may be a rule in principle it is not a rule in reality, it just sounds nice.

Also its a infraction, who cares about the infraction as a gold seller? I mean what are you going to do, start banning half the market for using auto bumpers?

Ontop of everything else Sythe is already struggling with its amount of sellers, and you want to start punishing them for getting more traffic.

Whole idea is a cluster fuck, whoever thought the bogus bumping rule should be added was not involved in the market clearly.

Would you prefer we as the site just ignore you? If we tell you to fuck off? Frankly if gold sites start getting punished for saying out of stock/ full I'd just tell my agents not to answer chats when were full and let the guy sit there for 20 minutes, or we can politely tell them "we're full" and send them on their way in 20 seconds.

There is so many eventualitys, and avoidances, and ways to avoid punishment, and 50000 reasons for sites to possible say their full besides having an actual full stock, this idea is literally mind numbing.

Honestly just man up and find a site that's buying.
