IP Already Registered - Mistake

When trying to register for sythe I recieved the message that an account had already been registered from my IP. This is simple because my friend logged on to his account from my computer to check on one of his purchases a while back. Now I'm trying to create my own sythe account and I would really appriciate the opportunity to do that.
