    IP address change =/= safety from wipes
    A new user here going through stickies.

    Could this be avoided by dual-booting a ubuntu (or your preferred distro), and doing your RS dealings on this. After a period of time (or daily), delete the linux partition and reinstall from a live USB/CD (takes 5 or so minutes) and the files should be gone.

    I only mention ubuntu because its free, easy to create liveUSB and install, and in my experience quicker to do than a windows installation.

    I was wiped on a mule in the beginning of november for 1.7B.
    I was using different IP's on it.

    As far as I know wipes are not happening anymore atm.
