He was originally just restricted due to the last 2 links because he was due to refund them, but now the 3rd dispute popped up and he was banned and they're counting all 3 reports against him as mentioned in the final post by Daenerys.

Edit: He also needs a TWC for self vouching, he has one vouch listed in his sig and it has an IP match with him.

As of now, both profiles banned for offsite scamming.

If he fixes that situation and disputes, he'll have to serve the additional self-vouching time as well.
