Sorry but you have no understanding of the market or Chessy's situation. She uploaded a youtube video showing 1k santas lol. It was common knowledge. I didn't even know her/watch many of her videos and I knew it. She was NEVER going to sell them, so essentially they were already completely out of circulation. The 1k Santas lost really doesn't mean anything for the market, nothing has changed in the amount of Santas actually in circulation, which if you understand the basics of supply and demand, is what determines the price.

 

This is why the santa's are going to rise.

1k santa's are now out of the game (unless they return them to Chessy). The santa market was always very volitile because at any point and time Chessy could have dumped 100 and sent the market crashing. Now that that is no longer an option, I believe santa's will rise towards the prices of higher masks.

As to why your mask is crashing, IDK. In the long term they will probably rise, but with so many people buying gold now-a-days more and more people buy stuff like that.

Hmm. I just got rid of my mask set and santa, bought a purple.
Partyhat's are much better investments.
Although I do understand you only have 200m, I'd suggest just not buying a rare.

 

As others have said, depending on how long you plan to keep the rare, all rares will be a good investment in the long run; so just buy what you'd like to show off

 

To all the idiots saying "Santas" are a bad idea. Guess what, continual rises from 80M to 90M this week, and no sign of stopping. Whats dropping? Masks + other rares as well as edibles. All you economicfags who keep saying you know a game market, its got nothing to do with supply/demand, tons of noobs who didn't know chessy had 1k santas now know, so they take advantage of it and horde more Santas.

As far as what I would do I noticed a trend with santa hats and now they are on the rise.
