I know I said "about a year and a half ago I became official middle man". That was a mistake, please disregard it. It's past 6AM.

I would be more interested in your dispute if it weren't a pile of excuses. Most of that was fake and rehearsed, just like your last two appeals.

1. It was not a joke when you gave Wow the ripped banner; I'm not sure what you were thinking, but Wow made it clear that he was going to use that one, and was paying you for that one. Zach sent me the logs of the entire convo.

2. As for why you faked the proof, I told you in advance that if you admitted to ripping, you would only get the month temp. Of course, it was never the ban you were afraid of - it was losing your OMM title, and your reputation. Whether you think yourself capable of scamming or not is irrelevant - you have only proved that if something did happen, you would do anything to cover it up.

3. You only "came forward" after I posted proof of your forgery in the staff lounge. I have no way of knowing how much of the proof was divulged to you (as you were friends with much of the staff), but the fact is, you had days to confess before then.

In any discussion the staff have had about you returning, it would be with a permanent GFX and market ban. However, as your contributions to the site were almost entirely in the market, we have found no reason to take the risk and to overturn the decision that has already been made.
