All I meant was that hacking is bad and shouldn't be done instead of backseat modding like I could have.

This was in response to Rs is Boss saying come on.. Why are you putting this here instead of backseat modding. It was more of an inside discussion that shouldn't have been said. Please simply delete the post if it was a problem.

These needless temp bans ruin buisness for no reason. Giddy warned me and someone (I HIGHLY SUSPECT FINN) brought their own personal problems into it and decided they were going to go back, look through all my posts, and infract me to get me banned.

Finn you are racist and intolerable of people. Your lack of maturity is truly shining through and needs to be fixed.

Please erase this temp ban and I'll be sure to keep my opinions out of things. I'm not here to suck up as most, I just want to do buisness.

Well, seeing as they were both Infracted in a 2-minute time frame, it may look like this is the cause. >_>

I don't understand why he was looking in the User Education Section anyways.

Need another Mods approval to reverse one of the Infractions.

 

He had accumulated three warnings for the same offense, so accordingly I changed them into infractions.

I believe this was posted before we spoke on MSN. He accepted the ban, seemingly, after I made the reasoning more clear.

 

He didn't accept anything. They were originally warnings I don't see where you have any right to make them infractions, just because you feel like it. Contact the mod that modded that post before you go doing what you want.

Reversed the infraction and requesting an unban.

 

Discussed it with SMR on MSN, he agreed with one of the two spamming infractions I gave, and said he wasn't sure about the other. Nonetheless, I considered it spam. It was irrelevant, useless and pointless, and in that respect, it was spam. Either way, spam or not, he had two warnings for insulting other members. As you probably know, we:

A.) Don't warn for insulting other members
B.) Give 2 point infractions for doing so.

This would have resulted in a grand total of 7 infraction points (month ban) if I'd reversed those and rightly replaced them with infractions, also. I didn't, however, as he'd already served some time for the ban which you decided to reverse.

I'd like you to read the rules again, too, please. We don't give three warnings for spamming -- we warn once, then begin the infraction process, which wasn't accordingly followed here.

Following the reawarding of the infractions for spamming, he has been rebanned for 2 weeks. If you have further issues, please talk to an Admin as I have done, as I have only been infracting accordingly. I know he's your 'Ventrilo friend', but please don't allow personal relations to cloud your judgment.
