Ok this interview was done quick, and the anwsers are very basic but who cares, its Pen.

Why did you join Sythe.org?
I joined mainly because of private servers, and to buy some gp.

What is one thing you enjoy about Sythe.org?
One thing i enjoy about sythe.org is making money by getting free neopoints from friends and selling them for $10 a Mill.

Has there ever been a time on Sythe.org that you felt like leaving and not coming back?
Yes, I left when i was demoted, and planned on never coming back. But then i came back because i was bored.

When you ultimately do quit Sythe.org, what do you want to be remembered for?
I want to be remembered for the work i have put into the site. I have banned alot of people so i remove the idiots from the forum which leads to a better community. I believe the idiot count is currently 2000.

What is one thing you have learnt on Sythe.org, and how did you learn it?
I learned how to detect lies better, I learnt this from going through disputes.

What is one thing you like and dislike in users and why?
Well i like users who ultimately just want to contribute to the forum. I dislike users who try to suck up, it's extremely obvious

What is the best thing about being staff?
I think the best thing about being on the staff is being able to ban users who break rules. even though we don't get paid, i enjoy helping out .

Tell us one thing about yourself we don't know.
I'm a huge fan of guns n' roses. I guess some people might know this if they have me added on msn

Who is one user on Sythe.org you respect and why?
I respect finn. he's a great person to talk to, and doesn't take shit from anyone. go finn!!!!1111111

With your recent promotion to Head User ed, have you enjoyed it on the most part?
I have enjoyed HUE. even though hue is a huge step down from my previous position, I still enjoy going through the guides in user education and reading them.

Has there ever been a moment in your life which changed you forever?
I lost my charizard card! charizard was one of my best, it's sad to lose such a great friend. (yes, it was holofoil)

If you could change one thing about Sythe.org, what would it be and why?
I would change the staff structure. Remove team leads, and add global mods again, I think that worked better

These interviews are pretty interesting :)
 
Not bad but more detailed questions would be better. I have never known too much about Pen, after reading that i have only learnt a tiny bit more. From some of your previous 'interviews', i had learnt a whole lot more about that user. But not the case with this one. I know you said it was 4am in the morning or something but if it were me, i would've waited till the next day or something to get a better and more detailed interview.

Also, just before you get too high on that donkey, Sythe won't do this, and you'll probably have to contact the Administrators if you're to interview them. I recommend Shredderbeam or SMR first. Probably easiest to get ahold of, as they have public MSNs.

SMR already agreed to do it. Shredderbeam is never on for me.

So lets just wait and see, you never know, anything is possible.
 
Great interview. Pen is one of the only members I can remember from back when I used to come here. (2006.)
